Western Rivers Conservancy (WRC) seeks an experienced Director of Development — a senior fundraising leader who will build on WRC’s strong conservation record and deepen its philanthropic capacity. This is a new, strategically important role reporting to the President and serving as a member of WRC’s leadership team. The Director will manage a team of four, provide high-level strategy and coaching, expand and deepen donor relationships, and drive measurable growth in philanthropic support for WRC’s mission to conserve rivers and surrounding lands for recreation, conservation, and cultural preservation across the western United States.
